All of our puppies are given the best care while in our home and that at time of purchase it is our firm belief that they are in good health upon leaving our home.

The above dog is being sold as a Pet/Companion Animal for the sum of

BREEDER AGREES:

Above puppy has been vet examined and is found to be in good health.  A vet certificate will be supplied.

Above puppy is up to date on its immunizations and wormings.  Health record will be supplied.

To supply buyer with shot record, AKC Limited registration papers (once proof of spay/neuter is recieved by 7 months), vet health certificate and any other necessary paperwork regarding care and feeding of your new puppy.  Samples will also be supplied.

In the event puppy is sold with full registration, Leslie Evans, breeder, offers no guarantee that disqualifying faults will not arise at a later date which would make this puppy unsuitable for the show ring.

48 HOUR HEALTH GUARANTEE

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery or pick up.  For the protections of the purchaser and seller, the puppy should be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours (unless this falls on a weekend or Monday is a Holiday) of the purchase/shipping date, he/she should issue a written statement of diagnosis, including a detailed description of all symptoms supporting that diagnosis, results of any test performed, and the reason why he/she feels the dog is a poor health risk, must be presented at the time the dog is returned.  The puppy must be returned to us within 72 hours of purchasing date along with any paper work given to buyer.  If the Buyer does not take the dog to a veterinarian within 48 hours from the date of purchase, this warranty becomes null and void.  The buyer shall elect to return the puppy to the breeder (at the buyer’s expense) for a replacement puppy, provided that the puppy has not been injured or neglected.

As of the date of delivery or pick up, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and de-wormings.  Puppy must be paid in full by 6 weeks of age if being shipped or at time of pick up.  All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We DO NOT refund money, we replace the puppy with one of equal value from the same litter if available or from the next available litter from our breedings if possible.   Only if our veterinarian is in agreement with the diagnosis of your veterinarian.  Shipping cost is non-refundable.  If the puppy is not examined by a licensed veterinarian, no guarantee is given.

BUYER AGREES:

*To keep boxer as an indoor pet with lots of outdoor exercise. Boxers do not do well in extreme temperatures and need lots of attention with their families to stay happy and healthy!

*To have above puppy vet checked within 48 hours of possession.

*That all vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer.

*To keep the above dog up to date on all immunizations and health care.  

*TO NOTIFY the breeder if they can no longer care for the dog or puppy.  Breeder has first opportunity to take puppy back for any reason and find another suitable home for the puppy. 

*Provide puppy/dog with routine preventive care.  Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.   Give all immunizations.  Administer heart worm preventative monthly.  Breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian cost incurred by the dog.  Breeder is not responsible for any transportation cost incurred in returning or replacing the dog.  This contract applies to the original buyer only and is non-transferable to a second party.  This contract is null and void if any terms and conditions are not fulfilled or if the dog is bred in the first year of life.

*It is REQUIRED that the puppy be  spayed or neutered at or approximately six months of age.  This must be done prior to 7 months or no papers will be givin.  IF PUPPY IS NOT SPAYED/NEUTERED BY 7 MONTHS THE 1 YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE WILL BE VOID!

TERMS OF REPLACEMENT:

If the above puppy should develop a severe genetic disease during the first year from the date of birth and can no longer function as a Pet/Companion Animal the breeder will replace at no charge with a dog of comparable value (Pet/Companion), provided the seller is notified within  24 hours of vet exam .  The dog will be replaced either from the same litter or from a future litter from the next breeding of one of our litters if possible.  A proper letter from 2 unassociated vets stating the problem found and the vet’s opinion on the viability of the animal must accompany the returned dog.  All vet bills and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be accepted by the breeder.  No refund, in part or in full will be given for the following:  There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: Coccidia, kennel cough, Parvo, corona, cancer, demodectic mange, scabies, growths, allergies, and other autoimmune system disorders that are not covered in thisguarantee.  This guarantee does not include injuries, fleas, mites, kennel cough or any other intestinal worms/parasites, as they are common in dogs and puppies. Our puppies are vet checked prior to leaving our home and you will be made aware of any said medical findings. This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undescended testicles, Class I or II murmur,  inguinal or umbilical hernias.  IF PUPPY IS NOT SPAYED/NEUTERED BY 7 MONTHS THE 1 YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE WILL BE VOID!

This contract applies to the original buyer only and is non-transferable to a second party.  This contract is null and void if any of the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.  All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only.  We do not give refunds.

Unless otherwise specified, all vet bills for corrective surgery, cosmetic surgery, shots and normal health care, euthanasia, spay/neuter and shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

I have read the above contract thoroughly and understand and agree to the terms set forth in this document.  I also understand that this is a legal and binding agreement and will abide by the terms we have agreed upon above:  I acknowledge me acceptance of this contract with my signature below.
